Absolutely. ClassCTRL includes a customer portal where families can browse your class catalog, enroll students, and pay online. Customers can save payment methods, view billing history, and access their accounts via magic link login — no passwords to remember.

Yes, we provide a dedicated mobile app for your staff and instructors. It includes schedule viewing, GPS-verified clock-in/out, real-time attendance marking, timesheets, and push notifications. Kiosk mode lets you centrally manage locked-down staff tablets, so coaches can take attendance and send reports without logging in.

Security is foundational to ClassCTRL. We use multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation, PCI-compliant payment processing through hosted payment forms and tokenization, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access controls. Your data is never accessible to other tenants.

Yes. We offer data migration assistance to help you transition from your existing system. Whether you're coming from Studio Director, Jackrabbit, iClassPro, or spreadsheets, we'll help you move your families, students, enrollments, and billing data into ClassCTRL.

Phone and SMS are optional add-ons, so you only pay for them if you use them. Turn on either one whenever you're ready, and leave them off if you already have a phone setup you like.

Yes. You can bring your existing studio number over to ClassCTRL, or pick a new local number. Transferring a number from another carrier typically takes one to four weeks, and your current line keeps working until the switch.

No. Calls ring in your browser, and you can forward them to a mobile when you're away from the desk. If you already have desk phones you like, they can ring alongside the browser.

Yes. Choose a template, and your classes, schedule, and prices are pulled in from ClassCTRL. You can build and preview your site for free, then publish it on your own domain with automatic SSL, or on a free ClassCTRL address.
