Payment Processing

ClassCTRL facilitates payment processing between Subscribers and their customers through third-party payment gateways. We do not store complete credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Payment credentials are tokenized and stored securely by the payment gateway provider. Subscribers are responsible for their own billing policies, refund procedures, and compliance with applicable payment regulations.

Data Ownership

Subscribers retain ownership of all data they upload or create within the Services, including customer records, student information, class schedules, and financial data. ClassCTRL does not claim ownership of Subscriber data. We store and process this data solely to provide the Services.

Data Isolation

ClassCTRL is a multi-tenant platform. Each Subscriber's data is logically isolated from other Subscribers. Staff and customers of one organization cannot access data belonging to another organization.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassCTRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by the Subscriber in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the use of Services at any time. Upon termination, we will make Subscriber data available for export for a reasonable period. After that period, data may be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
